I would agree that it might be wise to hold-off for a better entry point. Also, the Tulsa World reported this morning that Williams is suing WorldCom for blocking access to its Vyvx fiber strand for Internet service. Not sure how this will impact the share price, but the mere mention of a suit is enough to scare off some investors.

I am still holding my shares for the long-term.
