Hello Brandon,
This is public info which I obtained from La Commission des Valeurs MobiliŠres du Qu‚bec.
They publish a monthly newsletter for I believe $300.00 C. You can consult for free at their Montreal office. They may or may not give this info over the phone 514-873-5326. There is also an SI thread called "insiders trading on candian stocks". This thread was set up by Gilbert Leblanc and was wriiten up in the Toronto Globe and Mail. Visit the thread and ask for info.

If my info is correct, as of the end of feb. he has 253,990 shares.

During the past two years I have been content in waiting for miq to ripen. Like you I strongly believe that the fundamentals are in place,however from now on I will monitor what the insiders do through the CVMQ (since unlike others I can't reach Speros).
