John, The only Biotech I have a position in is QLTIF (also TSE:QLT). It has treatments for a variety of cancers approved in several countries around the globe including the USA and Canada. It has earnings. It is currently conducting Phase 3 trials for a treatment of Age Related Macular Degeneration, a disease which causes blindness in 1/2 the people aged 50 and over. FDA Approval for this use will be sought by mid 99. I have done no serious research into Nymox. It doesn't seem to have any characteristics that I'd find attractive even as pure speculation. My guess is that if their work is serious, I'll have another 10 years at least before they have any revenues coming from an approved drug. The news I've seen seems to describe basic research which may lead to absolutely nothing at all. FWIW. Ian.
