END THE PINK SHEETS MYSTIQUE very informative article on pink sheets and penny stocks bosbbb.org IMHO SEXI management was as suprised as we were to see SOE trade today. Can anyone say loophole? I wonder who the SEC is really looking out for.... Anyone read the latest issue of Registered Rep? (FYI i'm NOT registered) SEC has been cracking down bigtime on NASD. Basically said that NASD purposely provides a climate of collusion and manipulation...and Market Makers run the whole shabang...black ball each other if they don't follow the dafacto rules... I think that someone wants the appearnce that they are doing there job @ the SEC and don't give two shits about the individual investor. They shouldn't have let soe trade today... SEC did you get what you want it's off the bullitin board.. thanks alot for your help... Makes me wonder about politics of the whole thing... This whole thing stinks...i bet they couldn't care less about Jeff Skeith's letter...or any of us They only care about themselves END OF STORY
