Bill, I understand about them needing to remedy the default. My point was that they made the effort to deny that they WERE in default when the press published the news (even though on THAT day TECHNICALLY they may not have been in default). Almost immediately after, RYO announced that...btw we ARE in default.

Just lowers their credibility when they say bk is not in the cards....at least in my mind.
