Ron,

You are absolutely correct about the debt status of BTJ. I was just picking the info off the top of my head. They have had no debt over the last couple of years that I've been familiar with them, so my mistake.

<<<Agree with all except no debt. They took out a bank loan to fund part of the Custom acquisition before that they had a bit over $4mm in cash, but paid custom almost $5mm, thus the need for the $3.5mm line of credit>>>

I'm not exactly sure why the Custom purchase either except maybe due to the cyclical nature of the oil business, they felt they needed a little diversification.

I'm not really sure why you would be interested in the company anyway. It's thinly traded and doesn't make for a good flipping stock. If you are willing to hold it maybe a week or so, then ok.

Anyway, I feel very comfortable with this investment. Now with my luck the CEO well fall off a seismic vessel never to be seen again. gggg
