Things will change....watch this baby 2-4 yrs out...
I expect to see many more billions added to revenues
as the company becomes more "entreprenurial" in nature.
My guess is that they will have to pick up a few key people that will make this happen better...
Re: the stock options...I think if the company filters those
down more to middle-management -- giving them more entreprenurial incentives
you could see some bigger things..
Right now - compensation seems a bit too over-stacked at the top..
(if you ask me) esp. given performance in the last two yrs etc.
Walmart is a great example of how stock grants and options
down to the lowest level in a company produce great results
(when Sam Walton was alive..)
More sharing of the wealth works wonders...
