DBCO holds 26.5 million MDC shares. $26.5 m x 1.92 = $50.9m. So the MDC value is higher than the DBCO market cap now. As for the question about making money out of $550m sale, you must raise that question to the DBCO management. Probably DBI is the only division losing money. I can't understand why DBCO couldn't just dump that division last year.
