Can you supply fuller reference for McMillian's book, Mark?

Any ideas from that source of any other about options would be appreciated as well as other references. I have been talking with my broker about options, and he has told me that there is a lot written on them though I've not asked for any references yet. I find that I learn best--or at least easiest--by getting a little experience and then reading. Of course, it's also interesting and easy learning to hear other's opinions.

For example, I wonder how much the MMs can actually effect stock price in a heavily traded stock like AMATand how that occurs if it does. Or how much is it an incorrect attribution, sour grapes at one's own poor timing? Since I work full-time, I can't follow trades all day; but I can and do for an hour or so in the AM (quote.com). How might I look at that stream of trades to learn about this question?

Thanks for your help,

Bruce
