Good question - how does one go about finding that type of info? The last S-3/A filed was 11/14/97 (over 8mm shares convertible from warrants). The current shares outstanding is 13mm. But what was it back in Nov?

Ah, how about looking back at some 10Qs? 11.3mm in the last 10Q. I guess the answer is no, then. Maybe 25% converted.

Even considering 100% dilution, isn't it overdone by now?
