Weak buyers at the higher prices getting out at lower prices. Note the pattern when ACRT touched $17 the first time last year, it then traded down at low at $8.50 - 9.00. I am not saying there WILL be a further sell off, just do not be surprised. Of course, the fundamentals remain the same.
