Jane,
Jesus said all sins will be forgiven but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. He said this right after He was accused of healing someone by the power of the devil which was blaspheming the Holy Spirit who had performed the miracle. I have always thought about it this way. That the witness of Jesus is brought by the Holy Spirit and healing as a testimony that He is the Christ right in front of them was rejected as authentic. They therefore are calling the Holy Spirit a liar and rejecting the testimony of Jesus by the Holy Spirit and in the act of doing seal there fate. Their can be no salvation if they reject the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Catch 22. If the Holy Spirit is offended and leaves you have no way to accept Jesus and be sealed until the day of redemption.

Bob
