with me. I cannot prove that Babcock has denied any association with Essary, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt. If he hasn't denied being in cahoots with Essary, he should have! The fact that they know each other is shown in the following excerpt from the IRI Annual meeting report:
"Also, Mr. Babcock noted that his beneficial shares held by Hygitech, Inc.,are not restricted from voting; instead he elects not to vote them as long as NetCapital Communications Corporation, Gayle Essary, beneficial owner,continues to elect not to vote."
