No need to start a new thread. All you have to do is e-mail Jill that you'd like to change the name. The '"Y2K" (Year 2000) Stocks: An Investment Discussion' thread used to be called "2000 Date Change- a Sector Worth a Look" until we, as a group, decided to change it. The reason why was that anyone doing a subject search on "Y2K" or "Year 2000" on SI never saw it. The number of posts per day has really picked up dramatically since then. 207.183.153.206 Jill also allowed us to change the opening post to include links to all Y2K related sites on SI-- including this one. In addition, we got approval from De Jager to add a chat button for each Y2K thread on SI that they list on their stocks page -- including this one: year2000.com. So, I nominate Pierre to spearhead this change-- i.e. to pick a new name and rewrite the opening post if the thread decides it best. - Jeff
