Ah yes, but if you are looking at NAV as your sole method of valuation then I think you need to also consider the convertible (even if its just a mental note). Let's face it, if the outstanding # shares of SFE was "really" 33.835 million shares instead of 31.235 million and NAV was "really" $35.63 (instead of $38.59) would you be pounding the table that SFE is a "screaming buy"? I know I wouldn't.

Maybe John can put a note on his page so that potential shareholders can be made aware that the convertible is out there.
