If it was CAYC buying then they must be strengthening their hand in OLEX. If it was Baron-Marney buying they could be to control a large block to sell to CAYC for a higher price than market if CAYC is really interested in consolidating with or increasing their percentage ownership of OLEX. That's just an opinion. Trying to view all of this in a common sense manner.

Do individuals or companies have to report to the SEC when they control over 5% of a BB company. If anyone has an answer would like to here.

What it means for the rest of us, who can really tell at this time. Also, they have never given an estimate for proven gas reserves. If they have I must have missed it. Natural gas prices haven't been depressed as oil prices have. I would like to see those estimates and locations of reserves.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see if it gets shorted to death on Monday.
