PTUS - Why the fall? Are there answers? Is there value in Ritter's Rule #1? The year 2000 is becoming a fad.

1. The stock closed at 14 5/16 the night before, yet it opened at 10 the next morning. What accounts for the difference over night?

2. There seams to have been an excessive amount of PR, that always spooks me. Was it factual and relevant? What was the source?

3. Is there value like PRTG? Did we establish that there was real value in PRTG? I didn't, I shot form the hip as an experiment! I can afford it now, latter who knows? Is PRTG really a competitor? Not listed as one by Quicken.com - Quote Plus under Title (Services-Computer Programming Services). Is It un necessary panic, product or customer transition or maybe some purely logical understandable reason? Possible right out fraud?

4. What and how do other Web sites see and say? Vector, Second opinion, Zack, Motley and SI especially? How do you feel after the research?

5. Again, How did it drop 4+ points over night? Why Damm it?

6. It is for all purposes a recent IPO? Do Ritter's rules apply when there is no history to guage by?

7. Do any of the Senior exec's have any prior Lawsuits, losses in other business endevors? Does anyone know the character of Doug Catalano and Allen Deary? What about prior successes and long term experience in this field? Is management sound and resourceful?

8. What about the 5 Broker recommendations (strong buy 4, hold 1)? Who are they? Do they carry much weight in the Tech sector? Is NationsBanc the hold that went to a buy? Why were there no further details on the downgrade available? A lot of people sure new before the opening, maybe the risk of being tied to a law suit or again posssible fraud? Are they credible? Are some of these the same ones that covered PRTG?

9. What has PR got to say for themselves? What will act 2 reveal? Is the Web site current?

10. Year 2000 compliance, all must do and time is of the essance!

11. Has anyone reviewed their financials? Any alarms? What about Millennium Dynamics, what was there condition prior to the acquisition? Strong weak, industry leader, probably not. Would you say that license revenues are very much like royalties? They imply that their's are substantial. All 1997 losses appear to reflect the acquisition.

12. 35 significant new clients in the 4th quarter? 5 prominent names listed. Management made up of many with experience from TECH super stars. Has a client advisory board? Has anyone talked to any of the client's? How do they fill about the performance and future of PTUS? You know if you are the one having new software and systems cramed into your cubicle, well change for most is hard to digest.

13. How many shares out? IPO was 4,025,000. Currently 13,170,356. Have international sales as well.

The ball's in your court, I gonna watch a movie and drink some Wiskey.
