John, I see you found this thread... The recent decline was due in part at least to their earnings release. It contained a note indicating that a charge was taken for the return of expired Photofrin in the United States, implying that the cancer treatment is not being avidly adopted at this point. If you read some of the earlier posts, you'll see the matter discussed in some detail. At that time there were downgrades by some of the Canadian brokers following the stock. More recently, the news has been of a positive nature. Ian.
