I like your thinking. The divergence between the SOX and SPX has been there for some time ... only the wrong way for the past month!! I will like to see this turn now. Monday should prove very rocky. If I develop the guts I will go long SOX April 315 calls and long SPX April 1050 puts. What do you think of these levels, not really as a hedge trade, but as a short-term (1-2 weeks) profit trade on anticipated divergence?
