Kafus will be holding their annual meeting on 3-25-98 @ 10:30 a.m. PST Among the proposals to be voted on are several stock split options. The options are 1.5 for 1, 2 for 1, and 3 for 1. As a stock holder, any one of the three options is a win in my opinion. Go Kafus!
