Gary, This is ridiculous. You just don't get it, do you?
I'm sorry that I'm "wasting" your precious time. Are you spending EVERY waking minute on this? Did the couple of minutes or so that it took to read my posts REALLY detract from "time working towards the preservation of our rights"? I'll argue that not running people off this thread IS part of the process required to bring forth a successful conclusion.
Are you to now alienate me also after I've already clearly stated that I SUPPORT your efforts? Wasn't Tralornick enough for you? It seems that your results are contrary to your objectives!
Isn't "not worrying about Tralornick's feelings" tantamount to IMS management's not worrying about its shareholder's feelings? Quite frankly, you're no better than them. You close the door just as tightly!
Your latest comments include:
"...don't appreciate the musings of the ignorant and uniformed" and "..undertake own DD before asking us to spoonfeed the answers."
First, these "ignorant and uninformed" are folks that can be told the story and convinced of the merit of your actions. Second, DD IS ABOUT ASKING QUESTIONS! Who are they supposed to ask, their mothers? They certainly don't get anything from the company. If you want to make a difference - help EDUCATE not RIDICULE! Take the time to tell people the story and convert the disbelievers when they present themselves. It is only human to ask questions. You should feel happy to have the opportunity to win others to your cause. Maybe I should be asking you - "Whose side are YOU on?" Maybe you're the "ignorant" one because you just can't see that you are potentially driving away good opportunities.
You probably see me as a new kid on this block, but I was an investor 4 years before this thread even came into existence and have been following it since then. Your posts were some of the few that I eagerly anticipated and respected. Perhaps I was wrong to do so. You evidently aren't willing to give others the same respect.
Your continuation of refering to Tralornick as "Trailorpark," especially after the comments made here, is despicable and of poor character.
I've been a successful businessman for many years and I've learned to TRY to treat all people with respect - even adversaries. Didn't they teach that at City College?
As far as the discussed person's "hurt feelings" that would be healed at a $1 share price, etc. - Nobody's going to see $1 if you turn too many folks away. Your goals and methods are in conflict. And we're really not just talking about one individual's "feelings" here. There are many other people that are sitting on the fence about sending in money. This kind of unprofessional conduct isn't condusive to persuading them to join in, don't you think? I have my own group that I talk to and they're certainly not happy with what they're seeing here. Who wants to through support and money behind hotheads who are quick to ridicule others? Is that the type of person I want to represent my interests? Those kinds of personalities can bet and LOSE the whole farm for you, screw up what potentially good deal might be lurking. Yes, we have to fight for it, but we need sound minds leading us.
Are we to entrust the saving of this firm to impatient, quick-to-anger persons who aren't willing to educate ("spoonfeed") others to join the cause, or can we put our confidence with cool, calculating heads with sound business judgement, open minds, and the willingness to nurture further support? Perhaps we don't have a choice.
...It is easier to catch flies with honey!!!
Gary, I still very much respect where you're coming from. I'd just like to see you act a little more responsibly in the future - for the good of us all!
Others, I'm sorry to waste your time. |
