I read last week in the Vanc. Sun that a couple of bre-x shareholders from Vancouver are suing Midland Walwyn and its mining analyst for $1 billion for negligence. I know the U.S. lawsuit is concentrating/going after the big brokerage houses but I think the little ones should also be held responsible. To start, about First Marathon, Research Capital, Wood Gundy, and the company Dorothy Atkinson works for?
