Roger,

PE are expectations not fundamentals. Remember Netscape???

For the last two quarters TLTK new rev. grew 40+% per month. This
quarter looks like thing are slowing down around 20+%/month avg.
for the two months. But there are two offsetting factor that I have
taken into consideration:

1). Second switch followed by a third this fall should allow
TLTK to maintain its current growth rate(on the average)
in fiscal 1997.

2). TLTK is taking step to increase net profit margin with
the new IBM invoicing system. This coupled with increasing
gross revenue should fuel the stock(in real term) substainally.
ROE look good and gross margin OK (little decline).

Current PE of 51.9 is an anticipation of a $17 mil. for 3rd qtr.
I can see it as high as 65 before the next correction of 10-12%
thats before earning are confirmed. When earning are confirmed the
PE will drop to around 30-35 then gradually run up in anticipation
for an incredible big 4th qtr as we all know.

I,m still trying to figure out what is a fair trailing PE for fiscal
1997, any ideas?? I think 33 is fair to say.

Don't get me wrong TLTK has the potential you claim and by god I
hope your're right.

I'm trying to be somewhate crediable but if your really wondering
what I'm really thinking, here it is:

3rd Qtr. gross rev. $20mil, NI(7.5%) at 1.5mil, net income/share at .17.
Three qtr totaling .30/share, PE at 35, stock price at the end of April
$10-$15/share.

But Roger, all and all we will see $15/share whether its in August
two month before or after. Cancun for the winter anybody!!!!
