Chuck, I think that maybe, if you have concerns about the character of management, you should phone the company's office and ask for reassurances.

As for me,I was troubled by Mr. Davies appointment when anounced, but I also recognize something more.

I used to read things like that and shake my head with disbelief but then, after reading a few, I began seeing a pattern in their style.

Innuendo by association, and a record of past failures do not -- in and of themselves -- equal a nefarious agenda.

If current shareholder doubt the sincerity of management in their current effort they shoudl sell their stock IMHO.
