VSE = SCAM

Stay away from the VSE.

Even honest Canadians will tell you that their Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE)is a highly unregulated market where many companies posses nothing more than a title and a boiler-room full of "sales" reps.

Their government, from my understanding, has long been talking about cleaning up this market, but today it still bears more resemblance to a casino (and you know who makes money at the casinos).

I even have a friend who owns something like 2000 shares of a canadian mining company that is currently around 0.25/share. Anyway, he has spoken to the CEO
(or the person that claims to be the CEO) more than twice and once for nearly an hour. Im telling you, no legitimate companies CEO is going to spend 1 hour speaking to a $500 shareholder.

If it trades on the VSE, stay away. The stories are almost always the same:

1) They have recently purchased, secured land rights, merged, signed
contract, etc.

2) They plan to apply for a listing on the NASDAQ soon.

3) Their industries are usually in the mining of precious metals or
oil field services.

4) The stock is usually selling under $3.00/share

You have now been warned!!!
