Hi Bernard,

My point is simply this. First an example: About a week ago as I was following PGEN I noticed an unusual occurrence. A stock with avg Vol of 26,000 had a transaction of a 100,000 block, ie 200,000 in vol. One week later and a significant announcement was released and on Fri 1.5 million shares traded hands. My guess is insider info helped in that transaction. Now, how does this insider trading bit help with NTII you ask.
My point is this. For the longest time we have anticipated either a bridge loan from an outside source or a deal with big pharma. The latest rumor has it that the company is attempting to gain in house financing. To me that is the biggest type of insider transaction one can get at this time. These individuals will receive a number of shares at an extremely low valuation. Well if I had inside info and saw this as a sure thing knowing that long term a deal with big pharma was a lock, you can bet your A_ _ I'd take part. To me this is great news for shareholders if it plays out this way, don't you think.

BEST WISHES
LONE WOLF
