At the very least, the way I see it, AMSWA is carrying its 81% stake in LGTY common on its balance sheet at book value (assets-liabilities), yet even at these relatively depressed levels, the stock of LGTY is selling at 3.5x book in the market.

As long as AMSWA owns at least 50% of LGTY common, they have to carry the assets and liabilities of LGTY on their balance sheet.

This represents a hidden asset. For how long?
