Bonnie:
Bull market in India: Don't count on it. The corrupt practices in that country are unbelivable; trust me i've been there. Do not expect transparency in that "democracy". It is run by a bunch of thugs whose selfishness only exceeds their stupidity. The vast majority of that population believes in "hero worship" and will elect the latest scumbag with a good story.
In theory, your thesis is right. The demographics suggest a massive redistribution of wealth from the industrialized west to the growing east. In practice, it is going to take a long time before those countries (China and India) reach the level of openness and sophistication of the west. There will be significant chaos and bloodshed before it happens. In short not in our lifetime !
I sound pesimistic, but having born and lived there half my life and following their politics remotely (from the U.S.), I have reason to believe that your optimisim might dim a bit if you spend some time there.
Good luck.
