Stockholders continue to sue all the BRE-X stock brokers and accountants etc. This will take more than 7 years to get any kind of results. In the mean time all the cash and holdings will be eaten up by the trustees. A settlement with the bankruptcy court of all the stockholders' claims will free the company to resume business, protecting the stockholders themselves of BRE-X assets. All brokers' and accountants lawsuit can still be carried on to the finish. You can do a lot with $5 million at BRE-X.
