Those are PST times... so, the announcment was posted "after" the closing. Good stuff! You said "Cryp is not a casino". Cryp does operate a least one, ie: intercasino.com by themself. I know what you mean, there might be no reason right now to expect SGMS (FDCD) to reach $20... but $2... I see no problem. They now have a working Cash Machine. So far the management shows that it is not stupid (they read SI!) and knows what it takes to promote something... like stocks, and Internet Online Casino... Management is always Key and the last VC who told me that "Cash is King" was stupid. Have fun with my joker. In the "New" "Current" situation, they have Cash, Management (seems like it so far), and Online Operations they can focus on... Seems very good to me.
