HI teevee;
I know the rts were issued to raise money . But if they can't release any news how do they expect investor to exercise them at these prices.Don't you find it odd that the rts are being bought at .01 when the share price is .60 or under,not a very smart investing unless you know something . It would be cheaper just to buy the stock.
I'm just guessing that needing to raise money so quickly BEA/STF would not have gambled on a possible failure of the rts leaving no time to raise money with a pp. gamer
