Jimmyo, I'm no expert on the cell phone antenna laws but aren't the local politicos preempted by federal law? I seem to recall a federal court reminding a local jurisdiction that they can't play NIMBY with cell sites. So let 'em huff and puff if that's what they need to do to raise campaign funds and get reelected but let 'em obey the law.

Arnie, fighting against a cell site in my back yard :-)
