So in conclusion (because SI keeps us newbies limited in the length of our responses)..... Why would DCI reject such a great deal? Oh yes in January we were waiting for some "waves" to come in. Oh wait, no one uses that word any more. Seems like those waves were just "washouts". You know, its seems like deja-vu. Sitting around waiting for waves....
