Good Morning.

I'm so glad that you have volunteered to be the float analysis guy.

I have many changes to make in the Banyan shareholders list. I'm going to get to work on them now and will post the second draft in about an hour. We lost a few shares (and I thank those who reported so) and picked up a lot more. I think the idea here is to let folks check the list and E-Mail me throughout the day with changes and corrections so that I may be able to post the most accurate list possible this evening. I believe we will have much to speculate on....numbers wise.

Just to give you an idea......There are 33 individuals on the list......holding 754,875 shares.........

Of those 754,875 shares 141,150 are already in certificate form in the hands of individuals on the list.

Also, 15 of the individuals on the list have expressed their intention to call for certificates this week....for 523,325 shares.

Both share count and cert call counts are really slightly higher.....due to a couple of individuals who don't wish to be on a list but want me to know that they also believe in BANY and support my efforts to identify where the BANY float is. The additional numbers are not huge...but nice. They are not included on the list or reflected in the numbers.I figure them to be gravy.

I hope you can use these numbers. They will change before this evening. The speculation on the total share count will be interesting...as I believe it is not very hard to identify where most, if not all of the rest of the float is. This information on the float, coupled with a 500,000 share cert call....(possibly 800,000).......

May help us figure out how 4 individuals have been able to buy 400,000 shares of BANY over the last 6 months....while the stock dropped by more than 50%. Food for thought.
