Thomas,If the market thought Compaq was worth a higher multipul don't you think it would be selling at that price now ? Lets be realistic the market will not pay the same multipul they pay for Intel . If an overvalued market don't pay that price how do you think they would do under normal circumstances.Lets face it Compaq is in a comodity bus. and as soon as the PC ind. is over saturated you will be able to buy stocks like CPQ in the $30 to $40 range .Compition will eat away at CPQ's margins before you can say "SELL,SELL,SELL.
