Hi Keith,

I don't believe the rights offering was made for those of us with 10,20 or 30 thousand shares.There are investors out there with up to 5 million shares of BEA and STF.They have a lot of money into this play and are not going to let their investments slip away.Enough of these rights will be exercised for BEA/STF to come up with their share of the money for the land deals.

Its rather brilliant,BEA/STF will come up with the money and you,me and the competition won't even know they did until the deals are done.

Not to worry,just sit and wait.
