I too want to know about the fin'ls, but "by the 31st as promished" was unoffical & not binding by law. What is important is that NETZ adheres to the deadline 0f 45 days--it is crucial to remember the difference even though we would prefer it by the 31st.

I absoulutely agree we need to stay calm & wait.
