TCMS, UTI & VSEIF The oil news is really good, but I don't put a lot of faith in these pledges to reduce production. These types of promises have never been kept for any length of time. However, IMO it should turn crude's downtrend around and move prices up until increased demand takes over from there. Fasten your seat belts, 007
