You are correct.

Machines are sold to a third party leasing company as an outright sale. IDX has nothing to do with it after that.....except perhaps a non-binding pledge to assist the lessor in remarketing the machines at the end of the leasing period...if new machines are installed. I don't know the lease duration or whether the lease would be renewed or what. I think it would depend upon whether or not IDX has a new model of TP by the end of the lease period.

Perhaps the old second hand machines could be offered to those who are looking at new DBII machines?
