Hi Little,

I spoke with a district court judge Friday and an enforcement officer with the FCC.

If legal action is ever taken against you, you will have NO place to hide. Your ISP, and SI will divulge (under subpoena) any and all information about you to the FCC and the issuing court.

So yak away...but as Omnichrome says..."be careful out there."
