FAMH - summary. The big news is that FAMH has announced a reverse 1:4 merger with a NASDAQ company. This will immediately place FAMH as a listed NASDAQ company. The other company has not been named yet, but there have been several candidates suggested. NCES, HDWY and MIVI. The Myriad acquistion will be closed this Thursday or Friday. Audited financials will be released any day now. FAMH was recommended by the "dirty dog" newsletter and it was PSPW's first pick. (PSPW was started by jonathon ledbed) Ira is posting on this thread as "INTHEFLESH". thats all i can think of right now. hope this helps. collin PS. The stock price is suppose to go to $93.25 by the end of the week.
