I was doing some poking around on insidertrader.com and found some Form 144's filed for Media X. The first one I found was filed in February for 100,000 shares at $1.10 by a 10% shareholder of the company. insidertrader.com The second one was filed in January for 15,000 shares at $1.00 by an unknown insidertrader.com Here is a definition of what a Form 144 is: insidertrader.com Now we know where all that volume came from of Feb 19.
