Paul, those MBAs running those funds make HUGE fees, and those fees are derived from trading. Why do you think those funds underperform the S&P? If people came to understand that it is easy to outperform the market when it is going up people pandering to the investment community would be out of work quickly, and there go those huge fees! It might also interest you to know that one of the underpinnings of MPT is the existence of value investors and the efficient exchange of information on forums like this. Regards, Paul
