Most timely article dealing with sec fraud, "144", "Reg S", etc. Click here: businessweek.com NOTE: I am not trying to discredit this stock in any way, as a matter of fact, I am following it closely and considering an investment in it since the potential gain (even with a little "slight of hand") is obviously tremendous.
