To all: How is the last sale price set for a stock? Sometimes the
last sale price is the bid and other times it is ask price and also
can be anything between the bid and ask. Is there a rule here?
For low price stocks the last sale price can make it look like the stock is up or down but the bid and ask has remained the same.
