pitchlyn, thanks for the article. When I first bought into WACC there were only 500K shares in the float. Latest published number is 7,628,400 (1/1/98). I learned the hard way what a RegS is and what it can do to stock value. WACC dropped over 99% since I bought-in. Let's hope that these questionable tactics are behind us and that project development will take place as planned. Another interesting article profiles one investors response to being "ripped off" msnbc.com Wish us all good luck here. And pitchlyn if you're interested in becoming a WACC shareholder you may want to find out if all of the RegS shares sold to the Turk's are reflected in the numbers above. Thanks JOE
