Re: And when those people direct their EXCESS critical mass to something wonderful like creating a scholarship fund at their favorite University, so much the better. There are some in our country who believe that the government should decide how such EXCESS capital is redistributed. By this, I mean collect ever-increasing taxes, create a more benevolent government, and then take credit for all the "good" that's been wrought.
