Eric: If the Morgan Stanley analyst thinks Xilinx low density FPGA business is going to remain flat , he is completely out of touch with the price erosion going on in the semiconductor business. No FPGA company can keep the low density business growing fast enough to keep up with the price reductions going on. With regard to a 45% growth in the high end array business, this is make-believe. This whole industry is under severe price pressure. What new product line is Xilinx going to produce all this new revenue with? Eric, when in doubt, always look at quarterly results to give the best indication on where a company is headed. Regards, Ken
