RMIL seems to be in a catch 22 situation at the present time. In order to trade they must submit financials which are more current than those of last March. In order to to that they have to pay their accountant, in order to pay the accountant they need money. It seems the "investor" is having a problem giving it to them. Since Riley was the first to know that they were "receiving" an investment of perhaps he can explain why it has not come to pass.
