First, No, I'm not buying Accugraph speculating on a takeover, you
may have taken my comments about being an aquisition target out of
context. I was responding to letter number eleven's logic.
Starting around 1992 this company changed focus from CAD software
to Network Mgmt and Information Software. Now, finally in 1996 they
have focused completely on Network Mgmt (i.e. 20% staff reduction, see
press release). During this transition disappointments should
not be surprising. I will share your opinion if current trends
continue another 2 years, but I really think that 1 or 2 bad years
is not uncommon for a company like this. Basically their are 2 strong
factors why I like this company,
1. The company has Quality Products, Innovative and intuitive
2. The market for these products is huge, and largely untapped.
And as you probably have heard management has changed, so if you are
right about mgmt maybe they've taken care of that.
